New Mexico prosecutors have dropped prison prices towards Alec Baldwin over the 2021 deadly taking pictures of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie “Rust,” based on the actor’s attorneys.
Baldwin’s legal professionals stated the involuntary manslaughter cost towards Baldwin was dismissed with out prejudice.
“We're happy with the choice to dismiss the case towards Alec Baldwin and we encourage a correct investigation into the information and circumstances of this tragic accident,” attorneys Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro stated in an announcement to Reuters.
