PM Truss tells Biden UK will work with U.S. to tackle economic problems

LONDON – Britain’s new Prime Minister Liz Truss stated on a name with U.S. President Joe Biden on Tuesday that she seemed ahead to working collectively to deal with financial issues unleashed by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

“They agreed that the partnership between our nations, fortified by our shared values, has been essential for defending and advancing freedom and democracy on this planet,” a Downing Road spokeswoman stated in a readout of the decision.
