Irish regulator fines Instagram $400 million over chidren's data

DUBLIN – Eire’s information privateness regulator has agreed to levy a file effective of 405 million euros ($402 million) towards social community Instagram following an investigation into its dealing with of kids’s information, a spokesman stated.
