MILAN – Main governance adviser Glass Lewis has beneficial shareholders in state-owned Italian financial institution Monte dei Paschi di Siena again a deliberate 2.5 billion euro ($2.5 billion) new share concern, a doc confirmed.
The money name is “a core element of the capital consolidation plan which is vital to the corporate’s long-term viability,” Glass Lewis mentioned in a report, an extract of which was seen by Reuters.
