KYIV – Ukraine’s safety companies issued a joint assertion on Friday calling for the United Nations and the Worldwide Committee of the Purple Cross to ship representatives to places the place Russia is holding Ukrainian POWs.
The request follows earlier allegations by Kyiv that Moscow’s forces have tortured and executed prisoners, together with by staging an explosion in a Ukrainian POW camp in Olenivka. Moscow claims Ukraine shelled the power, killing over 50 POWs.
