Russia's oil export duty to fall to $52/T in Sept -finance ministry

MOSCOW – Russia’s oil export responsibility is about to say no to $52 per tonne in September from $53 per tonne in August, the finance ministry mentioned on Monday, monitoring international oil costs.

The extent of responsibility is calculated by the finance ministry and primarily based on monitoring of seaborne Urals crude oil costs.

The ministry primarily based the August export responsibility on costs recorded between July 15 and Aug. 14.
