MEXICOCITY – Union staff and Mexican telecommunications agency Telmex, managed by the household of tycoon Carlos Slim, reached an accord on Friday to finish a strike and restore operations, Mexican Labor Minister Luisa Maria Alcalde mentioned in a tweet.
The strike, which started Thursday, was the primary by staff on the firm since 1985.
