Ukraine's Zelenskiy: Russia thinks it can escape war crime prosecutions because of nuclear threat

LONDON – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy stated on Friday that Russia thought it might escape prosecutions for warfare crimes due to the specter of a nuclear assault.

“They don't consider that they are often made liable for the warfare crimes as a result of they've the ability of the nuclear state”, Zelenskiy, talking by way of a translator, instructed Britain’s Chatham Home suppose tank.
