– The Kremlin on Friday stated it was prepared to clarify the state of affairs in Ukraine to French actor Gerard Depardieu, who on Thursday criticised what he described as President Vladimir Putin’s “loopy, unacceptable excesses” there.
Depardieu, who took up Russian nationality in 2013 and has praised Putin prior to now, instructed Agence France-Presse on Thursday: “the Russian individuals are not chargeable for the loopy, unacceptable excesses of their leaders like Vladimir Putin.”
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov instructed reporters that Depardieu most likely doesn't utterly perceive the state of affairs.
