BRUSSELS – European Union leaders will meet on Could 30-31 in a unprecedented summit to debate the Ukraine conflict and the bloc’s power state of affairs.
“As mentioned in Versailles and over the last European Council, a particular European Council will happen on 30 and 31 Could. On the agenda notably defence, power and Ukraine,” EU Council president Charles Michel wrote on Twitter.
