First convoy of evacuees leaves Ukrainian city of Sumy, officials say

LVIV, Ukraine – A primary convoy of residents and international college students has left the Ukrainian metropolis of Sumy after an settlement with Russia on establishing a humanitarian hall, officers stated on Tuesday.
