Macron, Putin disagree on responsibility for eastern Ukraine tensions - French official

PARIS – French President Emmanuel Macron and Russia’s Vladimir Putin disagreed of their telephone name on Sunday over who was accountable for tensions in japanese Ukraine, a French presidential adviser stated.

Macron put blame on the Russian separatists and Putin on Ukraine, the French official stated.

He added the 2 agreed that a three-way assembly of OSCE, Ukraine, Russia representatives be held on Monday.
