Florida prosecutors have declined to cost a white lady accused of fatally capturing her Black neighbor via the door of her condominium with second-degree homicide, citing “inadequate proof.”

Susan Lorincz, 58, faces as much as 30 years in jail if she is convicted on the costs she faces: one rely of manslaughter with a firearm and one rely of assault.

Florida State Lawyer William “Invoice” Gladson introduced the costs towards Lorincz in a assertion printed Monday.

Lorincz is accused of killing Ajike Owens, a 35-year-old mom of 4 with whom she’d had a 2½-year battle, on June 2 by capturing her via her condominium door when Owens knocked.
