Ukraine is effectively positioned to regain the initiative and launch counteroffensives in vital sectors of the present frontline, says the Institute for the Research of Warfare.
The ISW added that ongoing Russian offensives alongside the Svatove-Kreminna line, round Bakhmut, and alongside the Avdiivka-Donetsk Metropolis and Vuhledar frontlines have did not make greater than incremental tactical good points in 2023.
