A LAWSUIT has been filed towards the WWE after a fan allegedly misplaced "nearly all" listening to in his left ear throughout Wrestlemania 38.

"Because of the incident, Plaintiff suffered critical accidents."
It's then claimed that the WWE ought to take duty for the result as a result of "abnormally harmful" nature of the pyrotechnic blast.
