Young Ukrainians rebuild destroyed homes in the village of Horenka

Tetiana's household residence within the village of Horenka, north of Kyiv, was burned to ashes after a bomb fell in her yard.

Positioned within the Bucha area, Horenka was devastated by Russian shelling throughout the first weeks of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. 

Because the struggle nears the one-year mark, the 'Courageous to Rebuild' charity has been serving to residents to restore their houses.
