UK Environment Agency workers to stage fresh strike on Feb. 8

LONDON – 1000's of workers at Britain’s Atmosphere Company represented by the UNISON and Prospect commerce unions will go on strike on Feb. 8 in a dispute over pay, UNISON mentioned on Tuesday.

Employees working in river inspection, flood forecasting, coastal threat administration and air pollution management will stage a 12-hour strike on beginning at 0700 GMT, UNISON mentioned.

Atmosphere Company workers with UNISON took their first strike motion on Jan. 18.
