PARIS – Bernard Phelan, a Franco-Irish citizen detained in Iran, should be launched instantly and supplied entry to pressing medical care, the International Ministry in Paris stated on Thursday.
“The denial of medical entry by Iranian authorities is unacceptable”, International Ministry spokesperson Anne-Claire Legendre informed journalists, including France was very involved about Phelan’s poor well being situation.
