Zendesk goes private in $10 billion deal

– Software program firm Zendesk Inc on Tuesday accomplished its sale to a bunch of personal fairness companies led by Hellman & Friedman and Permira in a deal valued at $10.2 billion after extended stress from activist investor Jana Companions.

As a part of the deal, Zendesk shareholders obtained $77.50 per share in money.
