WARSAW – Poland’s vitality market regulator URE has confirmed tariffs for 2023 for 5 vitality suppliers and 5 distribution corporations, it stated on Saturday.
Poland has frozen 2023 vitality costs at this 12 months’s ranges as much as sure ranges of consumption for households. For many households the annual restrict shall be 2,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh).
Above these ranges, vitality costs are capped at 0.693 zlotys per kilowatt-hour, whereas distribution fees shall be according to the authorized tariffs for 2023, URE stated.
Vitality corporations in Poland should submit proposed family tariff adjustments to the regulator for approval.
In accordance with URE, payments for customers in 2023 who've annual consumption of two,500 kWh can pay from 56.7%-61% extra monthly after exceeding the extent at which costs are frozen.
The suppliers whose tariffs have been authorized are PGE Obrot, Tauron Sprzedaz, Enea, Energa Obrot and Tauron Sprzedaz GZE.
The distributors are PGE, Tauron, Enea, Energa and Stoen Operator.
