Four leaders sign agreement to bring green Azeri energy to Europe

BUCHAREST – The leaders of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania and Hungary signed an settlement on Saturday on an underwater electrical cable beneath the Black Sea to hold inexperienced Azeri power to Europe.
