SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt – British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak stated on Monday local weather and power safety went “hand in hand” and world leaders should act shortly to handle the impacts of local weather change.
“Local weather safety goes hand in hand with power safety,” Sunak advised a gathering on the COP27 local weather summit in Egypt.
“Putin’s abhorrent conflict in Ukraine, and rising power costs the world over usually are not a purpose to go gradual on local weather change. They're a purpose to behave sooner.”
