Supreme Court Denies Oklahoma Death Row Inmate's Appeal

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The U.S. Supreme Court docket on Wednesday denied a last-minute attraction filed by Oklahoma demise row inmate Benjamin Cole, paving the best way for him to obtain a deadly injection on Thursday.
