Volunteers clear up 86-kilometre stretch of River Tisza in Hungary

Volunteers in Hungary have been clearing up an 86-kilometre stretch of one of many nation's longest rivers.

PET Kupa affiliation are focussing on a piece of the Tisza in north-east Hungary, close to the border with Slovakia and Ukraine.

The seven-day mission noticed them exit on boats made out of recycled supplies and fish out garbage comparable to plastic bottles, shoe soles and ice cream wrappers.

That is the tenth time the clean-up initiative has been held. Organisers mentioned it was sophisticated by low water ranges.
