After deadly strike, U.N. official calls on all actors to respect international law

KYIV – The highest United Nations official in Ukraine stated on Thursday she was shocked by army strikes that killed youngsters and different civilians in Chaplyne in central Ukraine on Wednesday, and referred to as on all events to stick to worldwide legislation.
