Former White House aide testifies that Trump did not want to stop the attack on Capitol Hill

Trump didn't wish to do something in regards to the rioters who attacked the Capitol Jan. 6, 2021. Cassidy Hutchinson was a former White Home aide and testified earlier than Tuesday's Home committee. She recalled conversations between Chief of Employees Mark Meadows and White Home Counsel Pat Cipollone.

Hutchinson said that Cipollone entered the West Wing "barreling down" the hallway after which informed Meadows, "The rioters are within the Capitol Mark. We should now see the President.

Meadows replied, "He doesn’t wish to do any," Hutchinson mentioned.

Cipollone informed Meadows that "One thing have to be completed or any individual goes be killed and this might be in your effing fingers," Hutchinson testified.

Trump had already despatched a tweet discrediting Vice President Mike Pence. He was making an attempt to cease certification of the 2020 election. Rioters had been shouting "Grasp Mike Pence!"

Based on Hutchinson, Cipollone said that they had been calling for the VP "effing hung".

Hutchinson replied, Meadows mentioned, "You heard him Pat." "He believes Mike deserves it."

Cipollone replied, "Effing insane," she recalled.

This recounting reveals that Trump and his White Home had been carefully watching the Capitol's actions, although they tried to cease Trump from doing so.
