UK "very unlikely" to hold early election - Raab

LONDON – Britain is “most unlikely” to carry an early election, deputy prime minister Dominic Raab stated on Wednesday, as hypothesis swirls about the way forward for the federal government following rising criticism of Boris Johnson.

Johnson is dealing with a mounting menace of a confidence vote from his personal lawmakers, prompting some commentators to recommend he might contemplate holding an early election earlier than an anticipated date in 2024, to rebuild his authority.

Requested a few potential early election by Sky Information, Raab stated: “I believe it’s most unlikely.”
