UK police investigate suspicious package in London's political district

LONDON – Police in London stated that they had arrange a security cordon in Westminster, Britain’s political district round parliament, as they examine a suspicious package deal on Tuesday.

“Police have been referred to as at 11:27hrs on Tuesday, 7 June to experiences of a suspicious package deal discovered at Parliament Road,” Metropolitan Police stated in an announcement to Reuters.

“Officers are on scene and security cordons and closures are in place whereas enquiries are undertaken.”
