– Buyout agency KKR & Co Inc is nearing a deal to accumulate information safety agency Barracuda Networks Inc from its personal fairness proprietor Thoma Bravo for roughly $4 billion, in response to folks conversant in the matter.
Barracuda, which manages information safety of its clients over the cloud on a subscription foundation, was taken personal by Thoma Bravo in 2017.
KKR declined to remark. Barracuda and Thoma Bravo didn't instantly reply to requests for remark.
