MOSCOW – Russian-backed separatist chief Denis Pushilin stated on Tuesday that Moscow formally recognised the breakaway area of Donetsk throughout the wider boundaries of japanese Ukraine’s Donetsk area, a lot of which is managed by Ukrainian forces.
Talking on Russian state tv, Pushilin stated the matter of the territory not managed by separatists could be resolved later.
“The border problem just isn't easy, will probably be resolved later,” he stated.
