Russia's Lavrov questions Ukraine's right to sovereignty - Ifax

MOSCOW – Russia’s Overseas Minister Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday questioned whether or not Ukraine had a proper to sovereignty as a result of he mentioned the federal government in Kyiv didn't signify the nation’s constituent elements, the Interfax information company reported.
