Russia to decide on recognising Ukraine's breakaway regions on Monday - Putin

MOSCOW – President Vladimir Putin mentioned Russia would determine in a while Monday whether or not or to not recognise two breakaway areas in japanese Ukraine as unbiased.

He made the comment on the finish of a televised assembly of his Safety Council through which a sequence of officers spoke of the deteriorating state of affairs within the two self-proclaimed republics in japanese Ukraine.

Russian-backed separatists have been battling Ukrainian authorities forces within the area since 2014, in a battle that Kyiv says has value round 15,000 lives.
