Delegates from over 20 countries arrive at Winter Olympics villages

Three Winter Olympic villages in and round Beijing opened to varied nationwide delegations on Sunday.

The arrivals included athletes and officers from over 20 nations together with China, america, Canada, the UK, Australia, and Switzerland.

The delegates first went via a safety examine after which attended registration conferences with Video games workers to rearrange lodging, entry rights, and provides they could want.

Some delegates will probably be staying within the Olympic village in Beijing, whereas others will head to Zhangjiakou, some 190 kilometres northwest of the capital, and Yanqing, round 90 kilometres northwest.

The village in Beijing will welcome the curlers, ice hockey gamers, determine skaters, and a number of the snowboarders.

In the meantime, the Zhangjiakou facility will host freestyle skiers, snowboarders, ski jumpers, and cross-country skiers. The Alpine skiers and bobsleighs will probably be on the Yanqing.

The Olympic villages will formally open on Thursday when bigger groups are set to reach, and the video games will start on 4 February.
