DARRELL Brooks, the suspect within the Waukesha Christmas Parade that killed six and injured a number of others, is now dealing with 71 new costs Wednesday.
Initially, Brooks, 39, was charged with 5 counts of intentional murder. However an amended prison grievance was filed, including the brand new costs.
