Green Bay rescue sees 34 people saved after getting stranded on floating chunk of ice that broke off Wisconsin shore

AT least 34 folks have been rescued after being stranded on a bit of floating ice that broke off the US shoreline.

The dramatic mission befell off Level Consolation in Inexperienced Bay on Saturday after cops in Wisconsin have been alerted simply after 10am.

Inside two hours, the entire folks have been recused with no accidents, in keeping with a press launch from the workplace.

“It's believed that a barge that had gone by the Bay shortly earlier than the ice breakage might have contributed to the destabilization of the ice,” stated the sheriff’s workplace.
